In July 2024, I launched Vital Kin, with a simple objective:
To help women 45+ reconnect with their bodies energy through fun, sustainable movement – even if they feel their best years are behind them.
If you believe movement should feel good (not punishing), that aging isn’t a sentence, and dancing counts as medicine — we’re going to get along great.

A quickie on who I am :
Born on the South Shore of Montreal. Grew up loving volleyball and Hannah Montana – still do, no shame!
I followed the classic “ideal” path: CEGEP in 2 years and a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. But my early 20s flew by in a blur of deadlines. Before realizing I wanted something deeper.
So I decided I want to spend the next 40 years doing what I love, exploring new places, and ticking off my bucket list. Building this business from the ground up – 10 months in, I’ve never felt more aligned.
And it works.

Came to me with the objectif of getting back to an active routine. Ex-track athlete he hated his trainings. I create fun programs so he never gets bored and works on his weak points all at once:)
Lost 20lb in 2 months and has been working strength and increasing his performance in volleyball!
We are slowly modifying his nutritional habits to keep maintaining his health!
Started with me 4 months ago, to lose weight in a sustainable way and possibly run again with her severe osteoarthritis attacking both her ankles.
Guess what!? With a little personalized and structured plan she’s back to running with little to no pain! Best part is she knows how to manage the inflammation now:)
Randa started out as my skincare guru, when she started noticing she was doing so much for everyone, but never taking care of herself…
That’s when I took her under my wing and we started working on making her believe she’s deserving of change and transformation!
Was over-swamped as a high achieving student and learned with me that health takes time and patience towards herself not only once but consistently. Every body is different and she recognized how important her 8h of sleep were.
Had given himself a 10k run challenge to complete without feeling pain in his shins. He had tried everything and it took him everything to trust me!
Seeing progress slowly he’s learning to take it one step at a time and not reaching for everything at once.
AH Janet! Wonderful soul this women! Suffering from scleroses, having been told she wouldn’t walk again but having lasted 20 more years than the 3 they told her she’d get because taking care of her nutrition…
She’s embarking on a story telling journey with me to live as much pain-free life as she can with water exercises and writing her amazing story!

We worked 1 month together to give her training routine some structure. At the beginning, she had a lot of tension in her back and was struggling with 7 year shoulder pain…
After a month she rated her shoulder pain from 8/10 to 2/10 and increased her back flexibility by almost 10cm.
